I have lots of experience working with teens and college students. This is such a challenging time in life, and particularly the transition from high school to college can be difficult.

I work best with high achieving people who tend to carry lots of anxiety. You may worry about failure or about not meeting your parents’ (or others’) expectations. You may find yourself being a “perfectionist” and really beating yourself up if you feel like you’re not measuring up. This might show up as body image issues, issues in relationships, or issues with self-esteem.

I want to help you as you navigate this season and learn to love yourself and find peace within yourself through this crazy time in life. I can also help you explore who you are and who you want to be.

I offer both online and in person appointments to make therapy more accessible for young people with busy schedules.
